Onboarding Guide for GameSafe Platform: Web, iOS, and Android

Detailed Steps :

Step 1: Successful Login - Upon login, you'll see: "We're excited to help you create a safer online environment for your children." - Tap "Start Now" to proceed.

Step 2: Onboarding Introduction - The next screen prompts: "Before we begin, please have your child's device(s) ready. We'll walk you through the setup process." - Tap "I'm Ready" to continue.

Step 3: Plan Selection - Choose from the available plans: - Monthly Plans : Protecting 1 child, 2 children, or 3 children. - Yearly Plans : Protecting 1 child, 2 children, or 3 children. - Toggle between plans to select the one that fits your needs. - Tap "Confirm and Start 30-day Trial" .

Step 4: Payment Process via Google Pay - Google Pay : You'll be redirected to Google Pay for payment. - Payment Methods : Ensure Google Pay is set up with a valid card.

  • The Google Pay interface will appear, showing your default card and allowing you to choose another if needed.
  • You will confirm the payment by authenticating through their device’s security method (e.g., fingerprint, PIN, or pattern).
  • The payment is processed, and you will be redirected to a confirmation screen.

Step 5: Subscription Confirmation - After the payment, you'll see: - Plan Subscribed : Your chosen plan. - Start Date : When your subscription begins. - Billing Cycle : Monthly or yearly. - Next Billing Date : Your next payment date. - Tap "Start Protecting My Children" to continue.

Step 6: Add Children to Account - Adding a Single Child : - Avatar Selection : Choose one of the pre-designed avatars. - Child's Name : Enter the name of your child (or an anonymous name). Ensure it follows the requirements: between 2 to 20 characters, but a name with spaces only or special characters only is not a valid name. - Examples : - Valid: "hi", "hello world", "12345678901234567890" - Invalid: "", " ", "a", "123456789012345678901" - Gender Selection : Select the child's gender (Male, Female, or Other). - Click "Next" .

Step 7: Download Child's App - The screen provides download links and QR codes for the GameSafe child app.
