Guide for Using the 'Subscription Details' Feature
The "Subscription Details" section in GameSafe provides parents with an overview of their current subscription status, including its validity, renewal date, and how to cancel it depending on the payment method used (Stripe, Google Play, or Apple Pay).
This guide will walk you through how to view and manage your subscription across different devices, and what to do if you need to cancel your subscription.
Steps:
1. Open the GameSafe Parent App:
Open the GameSafe app on your Android device.
2. Access the Settings Tab:
Tap on the Settings tab at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
3. Go to ‘Subscription Details’:
Scroll through the settings and select "Subscription Details."
4. View Subscription Information:
You will be able to check:
Subscription Status: Active or expired.
Validity: The date your current subscription ends.
Renewal Date: If applicable, this is the date your subscription renews.
5. Cancel Subscription (If Purchased via Google Play or Stripe):
If the subscription was purchased through Google Play or Stripe, you can cancel it directly in the app by tapping "Cancel Subscription" under the subscription details. This will either cancel your Google Play or Stripe subscription accordingly.
What Happens After Cancellation?
After you cancel your subscription:
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
You will not be charged again, and your subscription will not renew.
