GameSafe Help Guide: Resetting Your Password
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Open the GameSafe app on your Android device.
- On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?".
- Enter your Email Address associated with your GameSafe account.
- Tap "Send Verification Code".
- Check your email for the 6-digit verification code.
- Enter the code in the provided field within the GameSafe app.
- If you didn’t receive the code, tap "Resend Code" and check your email again.
- After successfully entering the code, you'll be prompted to create a new password.
- Enter your New Password and Confirm New Password.
- Password Requirements:
- Minimum Length: 8 characters
- At least 1 Number (0-9)
- At least 1 Uppercase Letter (A-Z)
- At least 1 Lowercase Letter (a-z)
- At least 1 Special Character from the following:
^ $ * . [ ] { } ( ) ? - " ! @ # % & / \ , > < ' : ; | _ ~ + =
- Non-leading and non-trailing space characters are also treated as special characters.
- Tap "Change Password" to finalize your password reset.
- You will be redirected to the login screen to sign in with your new password.
