GameSafe Help Guide: Resetting Your Password

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Open the GameSafe app on your Android device.
  2. On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?".
  3. Enter your Email Address associated with your GameSafe account.
  4. Tap "Send Verification Code".
  5. Check your email for the 6-digit verification code.
  6. Enter the code in the provided field within the GameSafe app.
  • If you didn’t receive the code, tap "Resend Code" and check your email again.
  1. After successfully entering the code, you'll be prompted to create a new password.
  2. Enter your New Password and Confirm New Password.
  • Password Requirements:
  • Minimum Length: 8 characters
  • At least 1 Number (0-9)
  • At least 1 Uppercase Letter (A-Z)
  • At least 1 Lowercase Letter (a-z)
  • At least 1 Special Character from the following: ^ $ * . [ ] { } ( ) ? - " ! @ # % & / \ , > < ' : ; | _ ~ + =
  • Non-leading and non-trailing space characters are also treated as special characters.
  1. Tap "Change Password" to finalize your password reset.
  2. You will be redirected to the login screen to sign in with your new password.

* Not receiving the verification code.

* Check all folders in your email (including spam/junk) and tap **"Resend Code"** if necessary.
