Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Open your internet browser and go to GameSafe Login Page.
- Click on "Forgot Password?" below the login form.
- Enter your registered Email Address in the provided field.
- Click on "Send Verification Code".
- Check your email inbox for the 6-digit verification code sent by GameSafe.
- Enter the 6-digit code in the verification field on the website.
- If you did not receive the code, click on "Resend Code" and check your email again.
- After entering the correct verification code, you'll be directed to the "New Password" screen.
- Enter your New Password and Confirm New Password.
- Password Requirements:
- Minimum Length: 8 characters
- At least 1 Number (0-9)
- At least 1 Uppercase Letter (A-Z)
- At least 1 Lowercase Letter (a-z)
- At least 1 Special Character from the following:
^ $ * . [ ] { } ( ) ? - " ! @ # % & / \ , > < ' : ; | _ ~ + = - Non-leading and non-trailing space characters are also treated as special characters.
- Click on "Change Password" to complete the password reset.
- If successful, you will be redirected to the login page where you can now log in with your new password.
