GameSafe Help Guide: Resetting Your Password

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Open the GameSafe app on your iOS device.
  2. On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?".
  3. Enter your Email Address linked to your GameSafe account.
  4. Tap "Send Verification Code".
  5. Check your email for the 6-digit verification code.
  6. Enter the code in the designated field within the GameSafe app.
  • If you didn’t receive the code, tap "Resend Code" and check your email again.
  1. Once the code is verified, you'll be directed to the "New Password" screen.
  2. Enter your New Password and Confirm New Password.
  • Password Requirements:
  • Minimum Length: 8 characters
  • At least 1 Number (0-9)
  • At least 1 Uppercase Letter (A-Z)
  • At least 1 Lowercase Letter (a-z)
  • At least 1 Special Character from the following: ^ $ * . [ ] { } ( ) ? - " ! @ # % & / \ , > < ' : ; | _ ~ + =
  • Non-leading and non-trailing space characters are also treated as special characters.
  1. Tap "Change Password" to complete the password reset process.
  2. You will be redirected to the login screen where you can sign in using your new password.

* Check all folders in your email (including spam/junk) and tap **"Resend Code"** if needed.
